DEFEN DIGITAL

PRIVACY / UPDATED 13 OCTOBER 2026

Your enquiry and your information.

How the Defen Digital website enquiry form handles your details, and how to contact us about your information.

Who you are contacting

Defen Digital is operated by Defen Digital Solutions Ltd, New Zealand company number 6180857, NZBN 9429045846373. Contact info@defenstore.nz about this notice or your personal information.

What you send us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest and project message. We use these details to understand and respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you request. Name, email and message are required to submit the form; you can also contact us by email or telephone.

Please include only information needed to discuss your project. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or private customer records through the enquiry form.

How the form reaches us

Submitting the form sends your details to FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which forwards the enquiry to info@defenstore.nz. The message is then held in our email system. FormSubmit may use cookies or security checks on its service. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy information before submitting.

Contact us before sending information if you need a particular storage location, retention period or confidentiality arrangement confirmed for your project.

The interactive demo

The business simulator uses sample data. Changing its options does not place an order or process a payment. Downloading a project brief generates a text file in your browser. Choosing “Discuss this configuration” can put the selected requirements into the enquiry form; submitting that form sends the message through the service described above.

Questions, access and corrections

Email info@defenstore.nz to ask about information you have sent us, request access or a correction, or ask about deletion. Include enough context to identify the enquiry. We may need to confirm your identity before providing personal information.

Other websites

Our project links take you to other websites. Their forms, accounts, purchases and privacy practices are covered by the information provided on those sites.
